岗位职责I. FUNCTIONAL SUMMARY:
Leads the company’s operations in the application of total quality activities that result in customer satisfaction, continuous improvement in the processes, and reduced total costs. Provides expert guidance to the senior staff and maintains positive communication with the USA corporate office and other Accuride affiliates.

Develops, implements, manages and monitors all the quality assurance systems and programs for the China, Suzhou manufacturing location. Responsible for the overall management of all quality personnel and functions in China. Represents the company in customer interface referencing quality standards. Partners with sales representative on business calls to potential customers. Travels as the role requires.

II. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/JOB DUTIES:

Is the key management representative for ISO9001 compliance. Monitors and updates the quality system to ensure continued compliance with ISO9001. Prepares and presents required ISO9001 data to executive management. Is responsible for compliance with the ISO 14000 standard. As Accuride enters new business fields (i.e. automotive) is responsible for standards specific to that industry such as TS 16949.


Analyzes and evaluates the results of the quality system to ensure they match the quality policy and the stated goals and objectives of the company. When required, ensures needed changes in standard operating procedures are identified and implemented.

Analyzes, evaluates, and presents information and/or data which indicate both plant level and overall performance of Accuride in meeting the requirements of the ISO standard and company quality policy.

Establishes the process for supplier qualifications and then is responsible for the on-going monitoring and management of the qualification process. Has over-sight responsibility for the proper requisitioning process to ensure Accuride’s quality standards on purchased parts.

Compiles and issues reports to executive management in USA and senior local management which indicate quality performance against goal, and also measures quality improvement.

Performs those administrative activities necessary for the effective management of the quality departments.

Audits manufacturing and China quality programs for compliance with the ISO9001 standard (and others that are applicable) and Accuride quality system.

Responsible for developing & implementing overall quality training classes for employees to ensure compliance with company quality standards. This activity includes course curriculum, materials, and pass/fail measurement.

III. NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/JOB DUTIES:

As necessary, performs other related functions of which the above are representative.

任职要求I.Age requirement:35-45;University degree or equivalent combination of training and experience;

II.8+ years experience working in quality assurance environments; 5+ years experience in a management/supervisory role.

III.Experience with metal forming manufacturing processes, coating processes, welding; SPC methods and techniques, inspection tools, blueprints, customer service corrective action systems, and supplier corrective action systems. Experienced with the process of customers' complaints and suppliers ‘ management .

IV. Knowledge of manufacturing principles and business practices including knowledge of ISO 9001,ISO14000,TS16949

V. Excellent multi-tasking, analytical and decision making skills with the ability to troubleshoot, identify root cause and systematically solve problems

VI. The director or manager should have experience in the development of hardware products for registration in the US and Europe, including experience in the preparation of documents that support regulatory submissions

VII. Familiar with classic Quality tools & experienced in applying them to monitor function performance. Demonstrated project management skills to plan & deliver on established strategic goals

VIII. Strong technical aptitude (i.e. able to read & comprehend technical documentation & execute procedures)

SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Good English oral and written communications skills and the ability to manage people successfully.
Should posses good math, analytical, organizational, and planning skills.
Must be adept at using standard office PC software such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Ability to travel frequently
