| 岗位职责 | • Development of the R&D China strategy and derivation of appropriate measures for its implementation.
• Successful expansion of SCHUNK-Portfolio for industrial robots, Cobots, AMR, AGV and Humanoid Robotics.
• Conducting technology scouting to identify and integrate future technologies for next generation of SCHUNK robotic portfolio and robotic ecosystem.
• Recruitment and coordinating research and development staff in China.
• Development and optimization of the R&D network regarding suppliers, customers, universities, start-ups, etc.
• Continuous contact and close collaboration with the headquarters to align strategic goals and projects.
• Acquisition and management of customer projects to expand the product portfolio and market presence in line with strategic alignment.

| 任职要求 | • Master’s degree is preferred, major in mechanical engineer, mechatronics integration, automationor relative fields.
• Profound knowledge and background in the field of roboticsor mechatronic gripping systems.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with headquarters and international teams.
• Strong capabilities in technology scouting and innovation management.
• Experience in the acquisition and management of customer projects.
• Proficient English language skills, German language skills are an advantage.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset, Self-motivated, good communication skills with c-levelexecutives.
• Strategic thinking and acting, result oriented, clear minded with customer strategy and roadmap.
